Nopo Needs a WinCo!
Why is there no WinCo in North Portland? WinCo has some of the most inexpensive food, and people could really use this store in North and Northeast Portland. Yet, the closest stores are across town, in places they aren't really needed, like Beaverton and Tigard.

Trader Joe's? WHY? I can already get rotgut wine from the local liquor store.
I agree, winco would be great.
WinCo is badly needed. We need to keep some sort of culture there instead of giving it all up to Trader Joes types. I am really getting tired of seeing them take over the neighborhood!

Yeah it really sucks, but I go to Washington Winco's, alot less stressful
